recently wrapped up a 9-year professional hockey career, playing over 400 games at the highest levels of the sport. Now, he’s bringing that experience back to the rink, not as a player, but as a mentor and coach. Driven by a passion to give back to the game that shaped him, Jon is dedicated to passing along the skills, habits, and hockey IQ he’s developed over nearly a decade in the pros. Through Apex Development, he helps the next generation of players build their game, grow their confidence, and chase their own hockey dreams.

Jordan Martin

His path to professional hockey is one of true grit and determination. After starting at the University of Wisconsin–Superior, he spent a season and a half in the SPHL before battling his way into a full-time ECHL roster spot by his third year. His journey is a testament to perseverance, work ethic, and a relentless love for the game. Now, Jordan is channeling that same drive into coaching, helping players understand what it takes to climb the hockey ladder. He shares the skills, mindset, and competitive edge that carried him from college hockey to the pro ranks.
